your answer is simply vouge and no substantial merit behind CAP taking over Spenda.

now you have thrown question back to me I reply

1. CAP is not IT company they are cooperative funded by members and members money.

2. Spenda is listed company so any merger or acquisition is done through shareholders permission.

3. Spenda develops IT products.You have no idea how capital intensive IT companies are they are thursty in Capex as there are constantly changing technologies and operational cost. So for CAP it's better just be customer and get there investment going up. It is not one of cost.why would CAP spend money in operation when someone else is managing.

4. They are biggest investor they saw there investment appreciating. Why would they miss that and bringing in house and loose money.

5. Spenda has another customers and potential to bring more customers and generate revenue. Once revenue increase there investment also increases simple layman terms give and take and benefits is to CAP in just investment.

6. The list goes on and CAP will not takeover company and delist from ASX and keep the product for themselves. if they want to they will keep listed as a separate entity. If that happens that would be win win for everyone.
