geeeze ... it's based on shares outstanding .... price per share .... pipeline evaluation ... possible contract wins ... and a number of other figures that you have access to. It's purely a maths game FGS. They are just guessers the same as me .... i can be a stock analyst ...it's just numbers.
when the company gets wins you issue another upgrade .... easiest job in the world .
