You can not take a single page from the Scomo legal debacle surrounding Pep11 Inc currently, Jackson is a Federal judge and he will do he’s Judaical Review on its merit independently, and without any pre conceived bias from Scomo case, and along with the 2000 pages of supporting documents supporting the Pep11 denial, compiled by the most over paid Lawyers Barristers and QC,s in Oz.
He’s just as likely to throw the whole matter out of court for waisting the courts time, as he is to take it further wasting same so I’ve been told.
