In this case we're hoping for a product so good it doesn't matter how bad the marketing is.
In Australia at least, there's been a lot of media interest in Endo in recent years, there's much more awareness of the disease in the community than there has been previously, and you would think that an effective, non intrusive and probably net cheaper test should sell itself.
Ideally it would get on the PBS list too, let's see how that goes; so far effusive scientific publications have not transformed into PBS support....
