If there is a cap raise coming, which is hard given the market cap, there must be a shareholders meeting as they dont have any available capacity (and if so probably very minimal, not worthwhile).

If there is a shareholders meeting, all shareholders are invited to vote and cast their vote in the matter.

Now i have personally attended these meetings. I recall meeting 1 other elderly gentleman whom indicated he didnt dabble with hotcopper. He is a fairly substantial shareholder and he asked some very tough questions. From my understanding he has been attending every single one since 2020?

Would be nice to see more fellow shareholders asking some tough questions. Then perhaps the board of directors may take notice? Or else how are they to know? Surely not thru hotcopper.....
