1.25 quarters of funding left IF they continue to spend at the same rate they have been doing. The cash flow report states in more than one place that they have flexibility to reduce their R&D spend, therefore making their cash last longer.
On the flipside, any news about regulatory clearance, phase 3 trials or partnerships with big pharma well have a significant impact on the share price.
Definitely still high risk attached to this stock, but with a market cap of a smidge over $4 million, the upside is considerable. 
My sentiment is 'buy' at these levels if it's money you can afford to lose should a worst-case scenario eventuate.
