10-15% was based on the roughly 30-40% of patients mentioned in the podcast that don't receive a good outcome from any one type of medication and are advised to try something different. Some or possibly most of those might be advised to try the Spontan nasal delivery product. Based on everything we have seen to date and also heard in the podcast today, considerably more than half of those men could have a good outcome with Spontan. That is how I arrived at 10-15% starting to look reasonable. Especially considering that that excludes other men that decide to try Spontan for its much quicker results, even if they are having success with pills, plus those men that might want to try it so that they can take something on a full stomach rather than fasting and those that don't like the side effects from their current pills.
