    Agree the numbers are short of where we would like them to be - but a big part of this is perhaps that the expectation was set too high last year. If you take all the hype away and just look at the revenue growth quarter on quarter it is very impressive. Yes its going to take a few (3 or 4?) more quarters than we hoped to get to breakeven but look at the growth in patient numbers and revenue - very impressive. Keep in mind the breakeven goal post has moved a lot too as the company is a lot bigger post Orb acquisition than it was, and that means higher base operating costs and more revenue needed to get to that magic breakeven point.

    Personally I think the underlying story is the same, if not better, than it ever has been, and I am confident that patient numbers and revenue will keep growing - and that is all that is needed for this stock to be a huge success at some point.
