On the one hand, this company is impressively well-managed and the offering is steadily maturing into a well-integrated component of a comprehensive care management framework. Well done to the team for their strategic vision and execution.

On the other hand, revenue is still absolutely woeful compared to fixed costs and crawling upward at snail's pace. At the current growth rate – and I recognise that the company is working to increase this – we will still be coughing up working capital when the nuclear power stations come online. There's a limit to how long this can be sustained.
