CCO also have (or had?!?!) 110 acres on Levuka which was once flagged as being potentially worth $20mill. Happy to dig it up when I have more time should no one believe me. This always had me scratching my head as I could never locate in the financials. Not sure whether they sold or still retain. Total mystery.
The other things that boggles my mind is the dilution. The last time CCO was trading at 0.002/0.003c the market cap tipped under $1mill. today athe same 0.002/0.003 it’s trading at circa $7mill cap - more than 6x the shares added to the register and we’re only talking circa18 months ago…
