Cutting it this close indicates to me that the board either:
1. Have a capital raising lined up and are not concerned about immediate cash flow issues
2. Know trial data is close to being released and will arrange capital post that news
3. Have multiple suitors accessing data room information and are confident a deal is very close, or
4. Don't have their finger on the pulse and we are absolutely f*ed
Time will tell.
