Note I am not advocating selling - just laying out the reality of the result. I'm too invested to sell at this point (been holding since the initial float).

I still believe the underlying technology is worth more than the market implied valuation, the sole problem is the lack of transparency, mismanagement of the company (or lifestyle company some would say) & revenue collection. They should change to charging upfront? Not to compare but for NEA/AMX you prepay upfront, hence there is never an issue with receipts (it's actually the opposite, their receipts are greater than the yearly revenue). Appreciate the nuisances of the products but there is a middle ground for 3DP which should have been implemented 1-2 years ago.
