I don't see a problem at all. Even if we miss out on AA for Heart, CLBP is underway, and this, as we all know, is just a repeat of the last trial. And even if this does not pan out, $$$$ from gvhd will cover most everything by then. Labels into Adult gvhd, IBD/Chrons, sh.t, just say inflammation. We are no longer a Spec stock!, (just waiting to see the funds coming in.) The best part, is that it covers 100%+ of the costs.
