the recommended dosing protocol has been used consistently across eap, 001 and on to the label. i wouldn't expect any deviation. There could be so many explanations why the 15 kits doesnt match up to( 3 x 2) x4. Not all patients ended up starting in wk 1 E.g. logistics delay. Its only wed today. Or they did start but it was later in the week and only got 1 dose. Meaning they've only had 3 weeks of treatment so far with more kits to be ordered for later this week to finish the first cycle. Treatment was paused/ cessated due to a reaction. patient/s didnt survive. here's one I'll go with because I'm ever the optimist.
its plausible that a patient/s may have had such a rapid and miraculous, complete response that the physician chooses, because ultimately the dosing is still only 'recommended' to take a wait and see approach whether the last few doses are needed.
