Quite a bit to unpack in that report;

• "to date 15 infusion kits have been purchased" - the date being 30th April, having been available for 1 month.

15 kits represents just under a full course for 2 people, or approximately just over ~3 million USD, or 36 million USD annualized.

• "To date, ten centers fully onboarded, five of whom have enrolled patients"

Given the course is 8 kits total in 4 weeks with 5 patients having been enrolled and 15 kits being ordered, it is likely hospitals are not ordering the entire course at once, instead opting for the first few infusions only. Possibly due to LN storage constraints or insurers purchasing plans?

• "anticipates onboarding additional ten transplant centers current quarter."

With a doubling of the transplant centres offering the product, you would expect a doubling of the sales. This will be further enhanced July1 when medicade coverage expands from 37 to 51 states. In May however if we have 5 patients fully enrolled, then I would expect the remaining 25 vials of the course to be purchased plus new enrollments, doubling in June when the additional clinics are online and might be onboarding at a rate of 10 per month.
10 in June, 7 in May, 5 in April ~ lets say they treat 22 patients total in the next quarterly.
That would be 66 million sales for Q2, or 264 million USD annualized within a quarter.
Fingers crossed ! The rocket is loaded !

Cash burn last quarter 12 million..... we could be going into the Black within 1 quarter.
