you want to navigate these waters without bias. If you want to operate on more parameters that are based emotion, myth, gutfeel and hearsay etc (e.g. that it's good practice for an asx200 company to provide it's financial report before the market opens), then you are just muddying the waters. Particularly when there is even less utility complaining on a forum about it (might be better off calling Paul Hughes about it?)
