I’m increasingly concerned about the direction of Noviqtech under Freddy’s leadership and the reputational damage it's causing.
Freddy came in at a time when the company was at rock bottom. His initial energy and drive were welcome, and I was a supporter early on. He deserved credit for helping lift the share price and for onboarding 2–3 clients, something prior management failed to do. That progress should be acknowledged.
However, the performance since the run to 16.5c has been deeply disappointing. Freddy has consistently failed to meet timelines, lacks the emotional intelligence to read the market, and, most critically, has been unable to clearly communicate Noviqtech’s story to retail shareholders or potential customers. This is a core failure of leadership.
It is unacceptable that, nearly seven months after the capital raise and Tony G’s addition to the register, we still do not have a simple, effective investor presentation that explains, clearly what NVQ does, how it makes money, and where the opportunities lie. The market is still guessing, and that’s a direct result of poor communication at the top.
The recent Small Caps interview was another missed opportunity. Not once did Freddy mention that the company is generating revenue, san obvious point that could have shifted sentiment. Instead, we heard vague, non-committal language about “what’s happening behind the scenes,” which only adds to frustration and confusion.
It’s becoming clear this is a leader who avoids accountability and lacks the skill to steer this company forward. Many shareholders, including myself, are stuck holding our positions, waiting for a liquidity event. When that comes, I suspect many will head straight for the exit.
This situation is unsustainable and the worrying aspect is, who does Freddy report to?
