Yes they have used companies like PWC to just dangle carrots for raises and have not been honest by any stretch of the imagination with shareholders and this is the crux of the problem, who knows what is real and what is not with these people as I see them as being inherently dishonest. As morgmeister1 says the PWC's of the world get to offer an exclusive deal to their existing clients at no real charge and get to clip the ticket without doing any work at all besides email their clients, KPO gets to completely mislead the market by truthfully saying that PWC is representing them.
