One important factor which has been brought to my attention, and appears to have been completely overlooked on here is this fact from the March quarterly report:
Payments to related parties in the quarter
No payments were made to Directors during the quarter. The Directors participated in total $210,000 in the private placement.
The directors went without payment in the March quarter!
Not one cent was paid to ANY director, yet still a number of them put in their own cash in the private placement.
