So they are either plain crazy to go without pay AND to also tip in a fair chunk of their own $$ for the placement.
Or...
They just know that it's all worth it because everything is coming together behind the scenes.
I know there will be some in this forum who will be more than happy to say it's the former. But surely it makes a lot more sense that it's the latter.
