if one site is 10 km from the carbon hub, we'll pay/receive xxx$
if we build the gas plants in the north west corner, that's 12 km, so we'll pay xxx$ per tonne of carbon
If the gas pipeline is 33 km away due to building in the south of the property, the gas tolling from this exact supplier will be worth xxx$ per cubic tonne or % of the spot price at the time.
