Fun that there's 8 pages on Slik (6% ownership) and 2 pages on the actual business.

They seem to be trying to turn into a consultancy. As far as I can see, the Kumu site proper is down (showing Cloudflare errors). Will be interesting to see what revenue they've earned for the June quarter, since they had 0.1 of a quarter (!) left as of March 31. So they were likely to be out of cash April 9 if they had kept spending at the same rate (which they claim they're not).

If they're not completely underwater in asset terms, it's from generously ascribing $1.6M of value to their accumulated software development. Which is pretty funny, since who would pay anything for their codebase? All they've done is lost money with it. Arguably their software assets have negative value.
