It certainly is speculation on my part. Please don't get me wrong about that. But it is speculation based on announcements, comments in interviews etc.
The company has said that Amplify is starting in the "coming months". The "coming months" now takes us past end of June? Is that a fair interpretation of the words? I think that it has been said that Co-PSMA is likely to be end of June? So I don't see it as a non-disclosure if Amplify doesn't end up starting if some intervening results (the precise nature of which are presumably presently unknown even to the company) impact whether it starts or not. I assume that it would be a pretty fluid situation etc.
No clue re: FDA involvement in Co-PSMA trial. Do you mean in terms of trial design or outcomes? I don't think anything has been said on this. Is it possible that given the FTD that there might have been some sort of consultation? Possibly. I don't know. The secondary outcomes look particularly interesting and if the data is positive then it would be very compelling.
