Peppermint Innovation Limited (ASX: PIL) has received key certifications from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), allowing its 100% owned subsidiary, Peppermint Bizmoto Inc. (PBI), to operate as an Operator of Payment System (OPS). This certification enables PBI to participate in InstaPay and PESONet Automated Clearing Houses (ACH) as a Sending and Receiving Participant under the National Retail Payment System (NRPS) of the Philippines.
While PIL does not "own" InstaPay outright, its subsidiary is authorized to directly facilitate payments and fund transfers via InstaPay, integrating it into its Bizmoto platform. This positions PIL as a key player in digital payments within the Philippines
