All of this would have been avoided if they kept Keast and allowed him to work 40% of the time in US and 60% in Aus until the share price was 10c plus in the next few years. Then delaying the 100 page plan instead of releasing it right away.
Killed the buzz and the huge advance the company had rallying to over 4c. The people who wanted to buy IDSB have seen the epic fail since and know they can just stall and let OVT go into VA and then pick it up for peanuts. They will get nothing near $10M. I doubt the sale will go through before they go into VA.
