Of course I agree that the failure to meet the announced targets is not good and is why the market's confidence in SPX isn't great. In this instance, they've said they've actually collected $1.5m in April, so that's not a prediction, it's a statement of what has happened. The prediction is for a $4m cash receipts quarter, which appears that they're 37.5% of the way there in the fist month. I'd like to see a business update at the end of May, absent any other announcements, to update how the 1/4 is tracking in terms of cash receipts.
I think that some here need to learn to distinguish between the concepts of what is a lie and what is a failure to perform and achieve a target. A lie is a deliberate act to deceive, whereas the failure to meet targets is a performance issue and not a deceit issue.
