Ignoring that they have signed only 100 customers, the target was 15000 sign ups by September iirc...
Cap has - what - 30,000 members or thereabouts... and that 15k customers was the target in that old announcement- so why only 1100 leads? I would have thought that the whole membership numbers were in their sights, at least that was what was purported back then....
The whole 4C is a mess IMO
