The strategic change a few years back to ditch chasing advertisers who paid good money for their user base which includes a huge amount of non paying users of the application still baffles me. Millions use the platform ... yet only 50k paid subscribers means there's hundreds of thousands of free loaders that would still see an advert ???
Increasing the paid subscribers by 400 in a qtr looks like a long long path to increasing revenue to me.
