    Nothing to lose (yet) - because they now have practically zero assets..

    You will get hit with massive consolidation then a CR to pay for managements salaries before this trades again.

    Can someone remind me if there’s a law that prevents you currently being a director of a company if previously you were a Director of a company that was found to be trading insolvent?
