It’s no longer in their control, I wonder if PSA has any boots on the ground at the project? Clearly there will be teething issues with any new operator and restarting production. Getting equipment in or getting a work over rig on site might be problematic in Yemen. Production once achieved will be a great outcome even at 25% it’s better then nothing.
