MC Refers to Market Cap. It's SOI (Shares on issued) x closing price.

Most brokers/investors use it to compare against the company's earnings+cash balance+assets, etc and determine if the stock is over or undervalued.

Not always perfect though especially in BNPL area.. APT was valued way less by most brokers like $25, $30 when it ran all the way to $140+ and still trading above $100.

For explorers like TG1, there would be no income (production) at early stages. They will need to do CR (capital raising) when they think the time is right. Normally when the price has gone up, they will issue new shares and offer at discounted price. (10-20%)

TG1 has low SOI with healthy cash for more drillings so, 20c I think is a good bargain. No financial advise of course, DYOR.
