    That makes no sense. If you wanted AJM for the tax loss you'd just wind it up. They would have done it ages ago. Would you personally, or anyone actually say "Hey lets put a a bunch of work and spend heaps more money getting this company prepared for the future when we can just wind it up now and claim a tax loss"? Thats just nonsensical
