i highly doubt they'll gouge on royalties... they'll look around and think "hmmmmm we've got a fair few of these projects coming online...do we put in a massive royalty and force them to unionise, lawyer up and fight us, then scaring away investment in the state..... or do we reflect inflation in current rates as per the normal cycle and encourage multiple projects and benefit from land tax, royalties, income tax and GST.... ?"
