Maybe start a new thread and call it something like "Board chage / 249D" and request people who are willing to participate in a 249D or vote no in the upcoming and EGM/AGM to indicate their holding percentage and a growing tally. Once there is sufficient (5%) support indicated we can (a) send a message to the company to consider a board chage or if there is someone whom we can be confident in, put his/her hand up and with 5% behind it we can call a 249D regardless of board's opinion.

So, i suggest a dedicated tread so that it won't be superseded by an auto thread (e.g. company anns).

P.S. mind you, be aware of desperate trick these directors play once they see a revolt, including lots/wave of rosy promises.

In my view nothing short of a detailed plan for each project will do the trick.
