If Im reading this correctly, they will be operating 2 plants, the pilot plant and commercial plant side by side. One producing titanium metal and the other RE metals. I can only guess the pilot plant will be churning out titanium metal and the commercial plant RE metal for permanent magnet manufacture for the korean market. Other views?
