DRC govt would be waiting on the DFS as well before deciding on what concessions to give re MSEZ . If the DFS is as good as we all expect it to be , the govt might decide to be more conservative in their concessions , thinking we will be highly profitable without govt assistance .
Maybe a bit of cat and mouse here . Govt wants to get this project going in time for the next elections but without giving too much away (in the eyes of the public) . We obviously want to go mining as soon as possible , but with the best MSEZ conditions possible .
