So... the only stumbling block now... is the $65-80m capital raising required..
We all know it has to occur. 40/60 debt split, though... I have confidence they will be able to get it closer to 30/70, but.. that will still require at least $60m to be raised. Just need to read through the research reports on BDCs websites to get a clearer picture.
Is it achievable, sure. But... as RED/DCN etc have shown, with big raising, the SP will return to whatever its raised at, and from the looks of it.
The brokers would like to the see the SP around the $0.05-0.07 cent range.
The only question for me, is do I prefer to wait for the funding to be secured, cap raise etc.... I guess, overall, I do prefer to.
Will BDCs board prove me wrong, I hope so, as that would mean holders that are holding no matter what, get a better outcome, we will see what happens. Not long to wait either way. 1-2 months.
Cash burn was about right, but... $12m does not add much of a buffer for later on, so... as above, the raising is going to need to be big, and the debt, bigger. But, its def doable. If GPR can raise over $100m for I view as an average project, then BDC will be fine on that point.
Good luck to all holders!
