Timing of this release
Most if not all recent quarterlies have been released after the close of trading. Unexpectedly, this one is out in the middle of the day, which could imply some level of confidence and positive sentiment.

Development
For the nearing the first time, we are seeing a lot of phrasing regarding development and Cummins Range.
