3EB - I agree with you. It's actually quite counterproductive for shareholders of any sand explorer to say that the sand deposit on the neighbour's side is of lower quality, or has trees, shrubs, fauna (or whatever) on it. It just gives fuel to the critics that this activity shouldn't be permitted anywhere. The sand explorers should try to work together. I was particularly impressed with the chairman from PEC resources in the recent interview he did with Bruce. There's plenty of sand in the WA deposits for everyone to make a tidy profit.
