Scoping study/PFS costs money of which we don't have a lot of. We've had interest in JV with Elko over the years but I imagine we would rather fund the SS or PFS ourselves to maximise our ROI.
You have to remember how many shares Geoff & Warwick have, they want to make the maximum amount possible given how long they've been sitting on Elko. We're certainly not going to give it away for cheap just because we're a few $m shy of putting Elko in the best possible place to attract buyers at top dollar.
