Randal is human just like the rest of us. He didn't put us in this position. What put us in this position was the illegal acts of other parties. Not to mention the over zealous creditor that couldn't see the forest for the trees. IMO this process has proved all of this.
With an arbitrator involved Randal has managed to get the company back on track. He has put down DNI with Pyke Hill soon to follow. This will be a huge win for everyone. Remember the case against DNI was not settled, we won outright. Not an easy thing to do in a legal system where everything is settled out of court. Shows just how badly screwed Randal was through no fault of his own other than trusting a company to fulfill it's legal obligation. That's how business is done and always has been.
