It's also a good idea to make sure there is no one spreading unsubstantiated lies or slander that may hurt the company's image. Social media is not what it used to be. Keyboard warriors are now being held to account for their deception in a court of law. Have a look at the case between Stockswami and Tolga. Social media is no longer an anonymous forum for slander and those using it for that reason are being held to account.
