In my opinion Cougar will trade again. Cooler heads prevailing at the creditor meetings now that there's an arbitrator involved. When you look at the how much Cougar has and is owed, the creditors would be crazy not to let them pursue re-instatement. The debt that put us into suspension is tiny compared to the assets we own. We just need to get them legitimised in court which is just a formality. DNI were swinging for the fences and have now been put down. Pyke Hill will go the same way. The Warden will rule in our favour then we will finally be able to get back to business in a sector that is currently running hot. I'm just curious to see what this opens up at when it re-instates. There were a lot of pissed off holders when this went into suspension, me included. But not because of Cougar or Randall. Because of the stupidity of one greedy creditor. Cougar still has great assets and a great passionate leader in Randall who has a lot of skin in the game. I for one will be holding strong when this comes out of suspension. You don't find many resources plays with a 5 mil mrktcap. Should do well. All my opinion.
