Actually it is quite likely that the answer is QUITE POSSIBLY YES... IF TC resigns (or is removed) and on the condition that TC/MT/NG are "asked" [read "compelled"] to "assist authorities with their investigations"
In the clear air of such a situation it is quite possible that several of us might put up some funds to get this company back in business (acting in shareholders' interest - imagine that!)
