You might not like it but needs a consolidation , cap. raise at cheap price with SPP at same price to give current shareholders the opportunity to invest , Battery Metal project as i see this has still got 5 years in it , Lithium etc , Current board encouraged to invest in the placement and SPP TO PUT SOME MONEY UP and have skin in the game , at least 1 new director of quality . The board have been put on notice by shareholders and the ASX so there will be no more games being played .
