Honestly for me, if it takes this kind of action to get them to do the right thing then they are DEFINITELY not the right people for the job and the people you want in charge of large sums of money. If you can’t see this simple fact then maybe rethink investing into public companies.

Also why have the directors not bought large amounts of shares of this company on market? Do they not believe in the company at all that they are running?? They even go to the point of lending company money instead of giving it money by way of share placement to directors, it’s laughable!

says a lot about what they are thinking imo!
