@Lotirish "When you drill targets on nothing more than outcropping gossan" - not really sure what you mean by this statement?
In Giles' Proactive interview, he actually related some of the major mineral discoveries in Australia to outcropping gossans... so I'm inclined to believe him, given his experience.
Look... I'm no geologist but I have seen the Broken Hill gossan, which is now a tourist attraction, and safe to say that the orebody underneath that gossan doesn't get much bigger.... lol
FYI - the metal value of that 27m intersection at Cockburn is approx AUD$120 per tonne (not including any value for the sulphur), so that's hardly a "bad" start for the first drill hole, especially considering there is planned to be a processing plant nearby at Mutooroo.
