Re Capital Raising for Eloise Mining Aquisition.
“The Capital Raising is not underwritten however bids received have far exceeded the $40 million amount.
So existing shareholders who have participated in the Priority Allocation can expect to have their applied for shares scaled back.
Not great, but the obvious demand should ensure that when the shares are reinstated (expected Nov 5th) they will open at a “healthy” premium.
