Well I think if @Gratton44 has inside information or experience to share there is nothing wrong with also being a pessimist.

From my look at the big picture, MKR having that stockpile even though it is only 70g/t actually gives them 2 decent quarterly profits (similar to their best on record) on silver and BUYING them time for 2 things. New discoveries and silver price increase. Because when the mining resumes their quarterly profits will likely drop a little which stockholders don't like if silver price stays the same. They would love to be in a position to manage the risk of the price.

But like I've said numerous times there are so many different things to invest in if you think silver price is going to stay around its current level or even drop. If silver price stays around this level and no major finds occur then the best we can hope for is 60-80c within the next year. That may be good for some/most people I don't know, but it isn't for me and isn't why I invested in MKR.

Silver price *IS* going so far north soon that it'll be helping Santa for christmas.
