Does anyone else feel it's likely that the MDA may not appear before Christmas. Comments before seemed to suggest an imminent publication, but now terminology in the Quarterly reads ' awaiting government feedback on the timing of such execution' which frankly could be sometime in the future.

Fortunately it still offers great opportunity for topping up, with reasonable certainty that one can easily secure shares anytime at 5 pips above the closing price. As long as one tries for between 50000 to 70000 never seems to be a problem. Paying those 5 pips will be meaningless when the final outcome is considered. Not sure for how long this will be possible as there seems at least a consistancy for an increasing SP even if its only 5 pips a day.
